How to maintain your gw:
-be active everyday
do your steps everyday or find some kind of hobby that is physically active, for example running
-follow a high protein/high fibre diet
Those two food groups combined with 80% whole foods will help your gut health and you will have less bloating problems
-start eating small portion of the other 20%
For example if you go out with friend and crave chocolate cake eat a few bites of it until you’re satisfied and move on ( you could share it with friends )
-eat until you’re 80% full
Don’t eat until you’re stuffed, you will gain the weight back. Eat until you no longer feel hungry. Also don’t eat while being distracted.
-drink enough water
This habit will help you a lot with water retention.
-weight yourself once a week
not ever day because that will make your food noises louder, also don’t watch content about food. That will make you food nose louder. If you want to stop your food thoughts start having hobbies like reading or watching movies so you don’t even think about food.
-start eating more calories weekly
Don’t just start eating at your maintenance calories. Your metabolism has slowed down.
You should try eating 200 to 500 calories more every week.

week 1 300cal more
week 2 500cal more
week 3 800cal more
week 4 1000cal more
(Just adjust it to your own preferences)
the ‘don’t watch content about food’ thing is too real, i feel like i’m the only one who can’t watch things like supersize vs ss, because it just makes me think about food even more 😵💫

i will say there is a major positive in having this disorder for me (besides the obvious ✨skinni✨) which is recovering from alcoholism?
i used to drink maybe like 8-10 shots everyday and when i lived alone during uni (sadly not anymore, im back at the family home trying to save money 😭) id end up drunkenly ordering food? each shot is like 100 c@ls and then ordering a large pizza on top of that???? and scoffing the whole thing down???
like i KNOW the weight is going to fall off now because i don’t drink unless im going out which would be like once a week max and obvs im NOT ordering food to the house either, thats too cringe
i’m excited!
ughhh trying to sleep but i’m 30 hours into a fast with no end in sight
i fear i may have to eat something tomorrow or i’ll binge at some point :/
39 hours and i COULD keep it going for the entire day today since no one else is home and then eat tomorrow morning (~62 hour fast)
BUT no one else is home so there’s also a good chance i’ll eat EVERYTHING
i guess the best option would be to break the 39 hour fast now, eat around 500 c@ls, start a new 25 hour fast vs trying to keep this super long fast going
i have to do a bunch of job assessments online too so i need my brain to function 😵💫 i don’t feel AS bad about eating since ive gone down 2.5 kg on the scale over the past three days
