Luv’s Spinner, 2049. Originally conceived by Syd Mead, Spinners of various types have been used in both Blade Runner films. Spinners aren’t common possessions.  Prohibitively expensive, they’re mainly used by government officials, law enforcement, as emergency vehicles and the wealthy.  This particular Spinner belongs to Luv (Sylvia Hoeks), a bodyguard for the world’s richest and most powerful person, Niander Wallace (Jared Leto).  Luv is a replicant whose status and perfectionism are reflected in her vehicle, which director Denis Villeneuve describes as “the Ferrari of Spinners”. 

and then to come into this hospital on her first day and hear not only that there was a girl being likely sexually abused but that they couldn't do anything because it was considered hearsay? (it wasn't, actually, and they SHOULD have reported it, which is a big hangup of mine as a mandated reporter - i think the show should have gotten that right but whatever.) and then to have to decide whether she's going to look the other way, as people are telling her to do, about a popular senior male doctor who she suspects of putting patients at risk? dude.
