I'm really enjoying my danmei reading journey. Before reading this one I was mentally trying to rank all the books I've read but right now I just feel like I think I enjoy and love the stories that are different from each other (or maybe not in certain aspects) in their own way and I can't really properly rank them, it feels kinda unfair.

And I loved it a lot! I think at this point I'm totally a fan of meatbun's writing 🥹

While I was reading I was thinking about how i am gonna spill all my thoughts on it here but now that I'm writing this post I'm kinda clueless what to write lol

Anyways Erha was the first ever danmei I started reading but my ignorant ass didn't know it's still publishing so after reading book 6 I was regretting my whole life haha. After that I read several books and posted my thoughts about them but still time to time I wanted to come back to Erha. So when I saw Yuwu is completed I quickly grabbed my hands on it, though it took some to start reading coz real life sucks. Anyways, once I started reading it I just couldn't stop it, maybe that's the biggest charm of meatbun's writing, keeping you on edge till the end. There's so many twists and secrets (i always try to guess the hidden twists while reading and mostly succeed but even i was shocked several times) so I don't want to spoil anything for any future readers but yeah the angst that was delivered with the main couple was good, and that one character that had the most surprising but fulfilling outcome in the end might be one of my fav things ever.

The ximang angst was so heavy sometimes I wondered how I endured without spilling a teardrop, but you know what finally broke me down in a sobbing mess all night?? It was due to a doomed side character M***** C****😭😭 who is probably the best character ever in the series (yea i am biased) and who reminded so much of someone else. That chapter that was named after him totally utterly broke me down.

Anyways, I think I greatly enjoyed this book with sleepless nights, my roommate always woke up in the morning to see me just going to sleep lmao. I wish there were more extras about the happy end trio's lives. They really became such an adorable family, at the end I was like- this is it? Coz i definitely need more. (Also if A-lian feels like a thirdwheel between ximang he can have me *winks*)
