Okay hi. I know I don't use this account much anymore but I'm going to need to open emergency art commissions very soon because my cat needs to be put on medicated food and I can't afford it. Thank you to the two people who have sent me money so far, it's really helped a lot, especially since we're currently having to experiment with his food since the brand they first prescribed is giving him a bit of an upset stomach </3 Luckily with the wet food at least we can buy it by the can but the dry food is $60~ dollars for a 3 lb bag so really all we can do is cross our fingers and pray. They said if all else fails they can instead prescribe him a supplement that I can sprinkle over his regular food but they also warned me that we should try finding a food that works first since the supplement is less effective :'{

Anyway, I just got a commission finished that one of my friends requested and I have another slot already filled, so by the end of this week I'm hoping to have all the technical stuff related to opening up comms on Ko-Fi figured out 🫡

So it's an URGENT EMERGENCY now

Luckily my cat is doing fine so far but one of our family dogs has gradually stopped eating over the past few days and now refuses to drink anything as well. In order to figure out what's wrong the vet needs to do an ultrasound/x-ray which is $400, which, again, we can't afford especially since my cat still also has to have another exam in a month to re-check his kidneys

Depending on what the results show this amount is likely to increase drastically later </3
