Art for "The Loss" story

Summary: Post-15x19, Adam is dangerously ill and is too weak to consent to possession. Attempts to cure Adam fail while he and Michael are in separate bodies.

Then a handsome man called Emery surprisingly heals Adam successfully with magic.

Michael learns that Lilith is back and she wants revenge. Michael being unable to heal Adam was a part of Lilith's revenge against the Archangel for killing her.

Michael finds out from Jack that one way exists to cure Adam. Michael hates the solution.

Michael’s refusal to execute the cure and subsequent departure back to Heaven upsets Adam.

Without the cure, Adam needs to remain close to Emery to keep his sickness at bay.

Summary:

There are very few things that Adam wouldn't do for his mother, especially when she needs medical treatment which they can't afford. Becoming King Michael's vessel and fighting in a war seems like a fair trade, all in all.

On some level, Adam knows that this will change his life forever, though he has know way of grasping the full scope of it just yet.

Written for the @midambang24, this is a fantasy AU with royalty, war, and an Adam who is determined to build a life for himself and his mother despite all challenges.

This one's a long fic and it's for one of my absolute favorite rare pairings, Midam for the @midambang24. @quicksilver-castiel got their dynamic perfectly and this sort-of fantasy au is a perfect storyline. Genuinely, this is like in the top two of my favorite fics I've had the pleasure to illustrate this year.

MIDAM BANG 2024 !! Kicking things off into the future.

Hello everyone, so exiting to finally be able to share this fic and open the posting period for the first-ever Midam Bang in collaboration with @seidenapfel.

This is a sci-fi take on how Adam and Michael ended up with their own bodies and found a peaceful existence for themselves not so much where but when among slightly different stars than canon verse. A canon rewrite where the Winchesters instead of tricking Michael in S15, helped him get his heart's desire and by extension Adam's. Last but certainly not least be prepared for the happiest of endings each Adam and Michael with a body of their own (no Dean Winchester was kicked out or rehomed from his body in the making of this fic).
