I actually love how Michael didn’t even try to get Dean to say yes. Lucifer was running around following Sam everywhere while Michael was just sitting back making everybody do his job. And the second he saw Adam he was like “oop nevermind, I want that one”. One of the many reasons he’s my favourite archangel.

alright dean asking adam if he touched third base with kristin was a little funny if only because adam just fucking stared at him before sam interjected and dragged the conversation back to the topic at hand. there is no way adam has done anything more with someone than make out with them i’m calling it right now i think michael was his first for real which is so funny because he’s a whole fucking archangel

the thing with michael knowing at the beginning of 15x19 that god would kill him and then going back to him anyway is that like. yes part of it is him finding himself truly alone for the first time in eons (something 15x08 established he Did Not Want) and not being able to deal with it and falling back on what he knew best (being a good son) out of grief and misery at his only friend's death but i mean. he KNEW god would kill him. he ADMITTED he was hiding from him. he would have to have some active death wish going on there somewhere deep inside. so the question kind of becomes well why didn't he just kill himself and be done with it if he was so torn up. and well you see it's because he's in adam's body. and he could never bring himself to harm adam and it's ALL he has left of him. and then it's like okay well why didn't he just leave adam's body and then kill himself. and it's for the exact same reasons. if he left then adam's body would be cold and it's All He Has Left Of Him. like if we're continuing down this line of thought it's literally about how michael knew god would kill him and kind of wanted him to do it because he wanted to be put out of his misery and couldn't bring himself to do it.

I love how even though we barely got to see them interact (sadly </3) we can clearly see how much Michael let's Adam get away with. You're telling me Adam questioned God righteousness to Michael's face, the guy who has killed even other angels for much less, and all he did was get a little huffy??? Is that not insane????

Also the way Adam blatantly says to his face that Sam and Dean were right to try to talk him out of saying yes to Michael and it isn't even a big moment between them, there's no anger or even hurt at that comment, it passes over them like something between them that's long healed rather than some resentment they let simmer, so I can't help but think they both acknowledged that Michael did gravely wrong Adam in a lot of ways, and that's pretty special in my eyes
