I accepted the #Youcantstopme challenge given by @andymineo, and in 2015 I WILL let my light shine and most importantly spend WAY MORE TIME WITH Jesus. Why give him a piece of my time when he gave me EVERYTHING. Sorry for the lengthy post, but I wanted to encourage anyone who fills down today, and say that you are here for a reason! What is your calling? How do you know for sure that's your calling? I have always caught myself second guessing every decision I have ever made. Why? Ex. I had writers block tonight when sitting in front of a mic, and got so frustrated and asked myself...."Am I wasting my time? Could I be making a difference somewhere else? Rather then sitting here making music that only maybe 100 people will actually hear?" I have no studio, no DJ, no producer, nothing. I have a mic, keyboard, and a journal. I am selfish. I am blessed. God has given me a talent, and maybe only 100 people will hear it, oh well. I might only have like 5 fans, but they are all my friends who love making hip hop with me! No feeling is better then making something that is mine and hearing the final cut. Once that happens, I feel a feeling I love so much, and that's when I realize this skill is God given because God is the only person that makes me feel that way. God is my biggest fan. He hears every line I write and every line I trash, an he loves it all. It is all for his glory, and without him I know I would feel like I felt earlier but all the time. God is good.
