I’m trying to get back on my Hashimotos medication after not taking it for 5 years and my lab results came back today and showed not only has my thyroid gotten worse, but it’s also started damaging my liver and kidney’s. It could be worse but that explains so much of my pain and aches as of recent months.

I don’t want to open old wounds, I don’t want to cause any harm. I want to acknowledge, forgive, and heal. I don’t think I’m meant to respond, I don’t think a response would suffice even though I have one. I’ll keep doing exactly what was asked of me, to stay away, because I know better now than to let my selfishness get the best of me. There will always be love even if there wasn’t always kindness.
