Resources for 21st Century Learning/Teaching

Anybody know some great books/articles that talk about strategies to use for 21st century learning? It’s part of my goal for my PDP. I know there’ say lot of stuff out there, I just don’t want to waste my time reading stuff that isn’t great if you have some good suggestions! Ideas?
