I’m exclusive for a reason and that’s because I’m very picky with my plots and the people I interact with. This pointed, PLEASE plot with me before assuming relationships, YES, EVEN CANON ONES.

The blog is canon divergent as fuck.. Michael is very heavily loyal to God and obviously he never died.

It took Michael a few seconds to react. There was this primal part in him, the part that was born with Lucifer millenia ago, that always longed to believe in Lucifer and the good parts in him... But as Lucifer charged against him, even if Lucifer didn’t came with murderous intentions, the first part that reacted was the one Michael himself had forged: his instincts. The part of him that was built for battle, the part of him that was automatically wired into him the moment his brother betrayed them and fell, the part that knew there was no time for nostalgia in the midst of war. Because that’s what Lucifer had turned their relationship in: a battlefield.

The first thing that made him realize what was happening was the warmth ichor dripping down the blade and staining his hands, followed by the grip of Lucifer’s hands on his wrist. The prince flinched, eyes widening violently as the situation lands on him eventually.

“No, I...” He tried to talk but his voice came out choked, strangled by the horror of what was happening. “I-I didn’t mean...” He whimpers, blue eyes filling up with tears as he realizes at last.

He had stabbed Lucifer. With his archangel blade, no less. The deadliest weapon for their kind. He couldn’t pull it out. It would only made his grace and life spill out faster. What could he do?

Raphael would know what to do. He thought, but at the same time his voice echoed inside his head in a mocking manner: Raphael wouldn’t have done this. YOU did.

“D-DON’T MOVE!” He stuttered, fingers turning blue as he forces them not to shake and make things worse. He looks desperate around, eyes up on the sky as he intents to pray.

‘ of course. i keep a supply just in case such an occasion might arise.’ perhaps it was sentiment that had her keep such a thing. neither cain nor abel had expressed any sort of interest in a sweet treat. seths visits were few and far in between. all sons full grown and choosing either coffee or tea. this provided a nice change. 

‘ you’re far too sweet, adam. must be all the extra sugar.’ 

“You can’t blame me, I’m no longer bound by human standards, I can eat all the sugar I want and it won’t affect my health anymore.”

And despite this being truth, there was a bitter grunt inside his head from Michael not completely liking this, but also not willing to keep Adam from his sugra rush joyness.

“I’m more of a chocolate kinda guy when it comes to hot things, if that’s ok?” Despite trying many different teas, every single one of them tasted like leaf to him. And now, with Michael behind his tastebuds as well, it was a million times worse. Chocolate, however, wouldn’t do that to him.

       “ what do you … no, yes, of course i can hear them. but they’re not — ah, you’re joking. ”    it always takes a moment for the jokes to register, & then it feels a little bit too late, too awkward, to laugh. alright, well, he appreciated the gesture, in any case.   “ do you like animals? ”

A big smile spreads on Adam’s lips, and for a moment you could actually notice his body was 19 years old still, ignore the millenia behind his face, the heavy burden he carried since the cage. Just a boy, laughing at a joke he made.

     “ … right. ”  he clicks his tongue, awkwardly. it’d been … something of a peace offer, or so he’d hoped. extending an olive branch, as humans liked to say. he’s not entirely surprised it doesn’t go over as well as he’d hoped.  “ see, it’s less about the beverage and more about the … well, for humans, it’s just kind of an opportunity to sit down & talk” have some sort of social exchange. ”  picking up little habits & customs, yet again.  “ but of course, it’s not necessary for beings like you & me. ”

Ok, maybe he had come off far more rude than he intended....... Or exactly the amount intended, but now Michael felt bad for the awkwardness he was putting Castiel through.

“Can I sit with you?” You could tell by the softness in his eyes, the warmth in the usually cold blue, that this was Adam speaking, as he made his way towards Castiel standing on his porch.

“... We don’t drink beverages, Castiel.” Although his voice was stern, Michael’s words were more stubborn than truthful. Of course they could drink beverages, he had learned to pick up taste of some thanks to Adam and his love for any type of food or drink...
