To those who know me, and know how much tanking used to scare me. Used to stress me out...

I like tanking now?

It was my third class to 80. Before any of my casters. After only Astrologian and Dancer. I know, to those of you who don’t know me well, this sounds a bit.. Silly, I suppose. But it certainly probably makes no sense.

I hated tanking. Really hated it. I refused to do trials or msq rou or anything where I was tanking without it being a dungeon with a trusted healer. Flat out refused. I got so stressed out that tanking was never any fun. I still leveled DRK to 70 for the gear, before ShB came out. For the fact of having a tank for my friends, and only for my friends.

70-80 on it was different. I leveled it because I enjoyed it. I leveled tank because I had fun with it. It’s easier for me to tank now. Simpler for me to enjoy a class I did like, but did not love. I love it now, though. I really, really do. The changes to tank are...  Just so nice for me, personally. 

I don’t know if everyone is happy with those changes. But I certainly am. I’m beyond happy. Tanking is finally fun for me, and I want to level the others eventually.

We had agreed, when we found out about Viera, that we’d swap together, then hubby and I had moved and I couldn’t play. Well, now that I can, we got me a fantasia, and this happened!

Mia groaned softly as she finished work on the garden, standing and brushing dirtied fingers against her legs. “What a day...” she whispered to herself, ears twitching softly. It had been a lot of work, but she was proud of herself! And she hoped Kinra would enjoy the additions to the garden. The rain started falling and she frowned. “At least it was no sooner.” she shook her head, before heading into her house. Her home sweet home awaiting her.

Finally, Mia Nightshade was home again, after having been gone nearly a full year.

Finally, she could try to visit with friends and family once more.

Finally... Things were looking up again.

I know I haven’t posted anything in ages, following this is WHY, and what has me in a really good mood today:

It’s been almost a year since Kinra and I moved. We’ve had real bad net here to be honest, and I haven’t been able to play Shadowbringers even though we got it for me with hopes it’d be what kept me sane with the move. Sadly, the net here was 30gigs per month, 25mbps.... Definitely not good for ff. Not at all.

Well, on Friday, we’re having unlimited internet installed. With good speeds too.

Mia’s coming home, finally.

... I need to figure out glamours. And all sorts of other things! AHHH!

Everything’s been falling into place lately. Kinra has a good job rl here, we have a nice home (even if we’re in the middle of nowhere almost, it’s still real nice.), we have a POOL!, I’ve gotten myself a drawing tablet, and soon... Good internet for gaming...  

Not to mention the hilariously perfect timing for my and Mia’s birthday. 13th new mouse, 14th is birthday and nameday, 15th new net.
