Loid is surprisingly a great father, the fact that he read many books on raising children then decided to rely on communication to tailor his education method to Anya's needs is beautiful.
He doesn't make fun of her obsession with spies or her needs to punch or insult bullies. He gets her every toys so wants and let her keeps the ones with sentimental value even if they are old and destroyed (Chimera or mister Penguin). He picks the most beautiful and trendy tailored clothed so she always looks cute, so far we never got a chapter with Anya being picky with her clothes. She is not a spoiled rotten brat even if she could act that way.
He takes her to every event possible to create memories. He takes as much pictures as possible (he is a spy is not supposed to be on pictures at all). He cooks her favorite plate to cheer her up whenever she's down.
He is so patient and stopped pressuring her about getting Stellas, instead he switched and told her to avoid Tonitrus. He lets watch her anime shows late whenever she ignores bedtime and he lets her sleep more in the morning even if they are late (he is in panic though)
I always praise Yor for being the best mama, but she was already a mama before. Twilight's lifestyle was not the best to welcome a toddler and yet he adapted so quickly.
It's how he started taking care of himself so he can be a better daddy for his daughter, he stopped smoking, he stopped manipulating, and seducing women everywhere, he does a great job at his fake job so he could keep an outstanding reputation for his family. He started eating healthier so his family HAS to follow his lead. I know he is working on his sleeping schedule too.
Beyond the mission, he is the father he wanted to have. He deserved a good praise too. Go Lottie.
