10 years ago today, 9 June 2016, me and my friends were in Copenhagen, where we met Matt and gave him bananas for his birthday.

He burst out laughing and said he was going to eat them all before the gig 😹😹

Muse to tour new album

Muse will showcase tracks from their new album when they set off on an extensive European tour in the autumn.

The three-piece will begin their tour in October with two dates in Helsinki, followed by a series of gigs in Europe, and at least one date in England in November.

Muse are currently in an LA studio with Cave In producer, Rob Costey, putting the finishing touches to their third album. The follow-up to 2001’s ‘Origin Of Symmetry’, which is tentatively titled ‘The Smallprint’, will have an ‘uplifting’ sound according to frontman Matt Bellamy.

The band have promised their fans a sneak preview of the new tracks on their official website, www.muse-official.com, over the coming months.
