So, a little over a week ago I came across an artist on Instagram by the name of Vladimir Wies. Wies recently released a short film called Mind Is House, and I'm kind of obsessed. Words cannot accurately describe how deeply it resonated within me, especially as an artist, just incredibly thought provoking. So much passion and creativity and pain and anguish all tightly bound inside an elegantly macabre package.
It still has left me hesitant to speak on the thoughts and emotions that it stirred within me because I truly feel as though one should go into it alone and completely blind. In an age of relentless corporate slop and rampant AI usage, Mind Is House was like a galeforce blast of fresh air straight to my soul and I NEED more people to know about it. Please, if you have the time, check it out. I promise you won't regret it.
