one of the biggest frustrations i have with cyberpunk 2077 is the inability of the player to outflank Johnny from the left. imagine being able to tell this obnoxious rockerboy that the reason things are still the same, even after setting off a nuclear bomb, is because he failed to build a real mass movement and focused instead on big, iconic moments that he hoped would somehow inspire a widespread, spontaneous revolution. why are my only options to lie poorly to Johnny that he did have some positive impact or criticize him from a bland liberal angle? it's not even that my V can't have read Lenin in a world that still has a Soviet Union. why can't my v have opinions about the world that she lives in?

Real though, it's frustrating to have these convos with Johnny, and then double down like some sort of liberal in a very anti-capitalist genre of media.
