Luther probably struggles with social interactions a lot, given that his memory was erased by Zlatko and that his model doesn't have an elaborate social program, so I like to imagine that Kara helps him talk to others and form connections of his own given how incredibly empathetic she is

And because of his erased memory, it'd be nice for them to go on little trips together to make new memories he can look back on with a smile on his face

Additionally, moving in together after staying at Rose's brother's place could be a great opportunity for them to learn about what they'd like to do with their lives in the future

This works really well both as a platonic dynamic or as a romance setup since Luther clearly sees Alice and Kara as family, so it wouldn't surprise me if he and Kara ended up as a couple

Though it's very likely that Luther would be confused about this feeling at first since it's very different to the affection he feels for Alice and that he wouldn't be sure about how to deal with it, while Kara seems like someone who would be very upfront about her feelings
