To Rui, that An and Mizuki are friends, are girls, that An is someone that Mizuki will seek out on a good day, is someone she straightforwardly values and seeks the attention/affection of. To An, that Rui and Mizuki are close, are similar, that Rui is someone Mizuki trusts to understand her on bad days, is someone she shares an inimitable inseparable inarticulable history with. There’s a part of both of them that wants that too.
