Everyone is so cute. If you're not a citizen or have any other type of official permanent residence then you don't have a right to live in a country. The same way that you don't have a right to live in someone else's house. A nation is a home to the citizens and guests from other countries are invited but they aren't the home owners or on the tenancy agreement.

Imagine inviting someone to your house and they're like "well I like it here so I think I deserve to stay forever whether you like it or not" lmao.

Asylum seeking is a process and has different stages with different residency rights. You can go through the process of asylum and have it approved and get residence or citizenship. This is fine. You referred to "immigrants" in your original post which includes people who aren't asylum seekers. Let's not conflate the two. They are not equivalent.

If someone is living in a country but doesn't have a form of legal temporary or permanent residency whether though asylum, visa or otherwise, then they're not legally entitled to stay in a country.

Also find it weird that you think I'm not allowed to have my country flag in my bio and yet everyone else is allowed to be proud of their country. Especially given it's the same country that has so kindly invited you. Love a double standard.

There are always people to do the work. It's not "no one will do these jobs." It's no one will do these jobs at this pay. This is arguably worse than just exploiting immigrants as labor for "unwanted" jobs, because they are purposefully undercutting pay so that no one but desperate immigrants with no other options will take them.
