Cabin 6, Athena, BUT it's:
★ Overthinking each and every decision: You wanna buy a new phone? Let me learn about the specs and do a review of the entire market, plus 50 reviews on YouTube. You wanna buy a perfume? Let me learn about notes and perfume chemistry to make the best possible purchase.
★ Craving the practicality of people who don't overthink: "Omg they wanted a perfume, went to the store, smelled one they liked and just bought it without comparing it to other perfumes or searching about it??..."
★ Being scared of vulnerability, of not knowing things or looking inadequate: Something as simple as needing to know how a specific coffee shop works before going in. Being afraid of people noticing you are indeed a bit lost and need help. Being scared of not knowing how to proceed in general, therefore always wanting to know at least the basics of how anything operates
★ Having an open mind but lacking that free spirit: There is a universe in your mind and you are so open to learn, question, imagine... but you are stuck in there. You wish you could laugh freely, that you were more expressive, more lively, even that you felt more intensely, or acted more impulsively just for the sake of truly feeling alive. Sometimes people want to shake you.
★ Thinking there is nothing special about your capacities, until you see other people: Not wanting to feel superior to anyone, but having an internal monologue of "no way people like this exist"
★ Caring about accuracy: "... actually... that's not what happened in canon because bla bla bla", "so... that's not the best word because if you say that...", "no, that's not true", "how can people truly be selling cameras on Vinted that don't work for 50€+ ??? That's like 10€", "how can you upload a camera and not even specify what model it is??"
★ Being annoyed by what seems to be lack of common sense: "omg can't this person realize that if they lean against the bar, they're blocking dozens of people from being able to hold themselves?? (on the subway, train etc)"
★ Not being able to stay shut when people give you criticism: you always become defensive, especially if you think the other person's comment isn't taking in the full picture or fully seeing your reasoning
Elain betrayal this, Gwyn betrayal that
Amren is sitting right there having a very inconsistent backstory, conveniently remembering (and misremembering!!) ancient history at very opportune times, pushing for Rhys to be a tyrannical oppressor of the other courts when she apparently lived through not only the rule of Amarantha but also the rise and fall of Fionn and Theia. Not to mention her trying to make Nesta feel like a waste of life only to encourage Rhys to use her as a weapon. She’s already betrayed the trust of Nesta and Feyre in my eyes.
Her ass was in that prison for a reason
When Lucien’s eyes reflect both his heritages
Russett eye: Autumn Court Heritage, inherited from his mother, described as having flames within them during intense emotions, also described as a bottomless forge
Golden eyes: Day Court, can see through spells and glamours. Gold is a common color worn in the Day Court. Reflects his father’s abilities and court
And then people will still claim he’s not a cool character.
Imagine you're backstabbed during your first kiss and freaking bombed when you're about to lose your virginity... If you think you're unlucky in love... At least you're not Fang Runin

Imagine you're a grown woman. Imagine you've slaughtered creatures from other worlds. Imagine you're a Valkyrie. Imagine you've been to war. Imagine you've helped achieve intergalactic safety. And... YET... You can't leave or enter your own house without the help of your mate flying you...
SHE PRACTICALLY CONFIRMED SHE IS GOING TO WRITE A BABEL SEQUEL ABOUT VICTOIRE AND GRIFFIN!!!
SHE IS GOING TO WRITE A SEQUEL ABOUT VICTOIRE AND GRIFFIN
Ofc the book ending with Victoire keeping nothing but his letter wasn't meaningless. So my claims about him haunting the narrative like Altan weren't actually crazy
Saying that Elucien would be a "Mistakes of Nature" makes absolutely no sense after we've seen Acosf.
Before you complain about misogyny, go to hell. The characters themselves don't know exactly what forms the bond of mating or what it's for, whether it's for love OR if those people would have the strongest children.
And starting from this point that it's because the children would be powerful
Feyre and Rhysand probably had one of the most powerful children to ever set foot in Prythian, adult Nyx must be SURREAL in strength. However, without Nestha, neither he nor Feyre would be alive today.
Feyre was a breath away from dying during childbirth and Nyx was stillborn, the same would have happened to Nestha if she hadn't modified her own body and Feyre's so they wouldn't go through that again. Feyre couldn't use her shapeshifting power, and Nestha doesn't even have shapeshifting powers. They would have died anyway if it weren't for Nestha's help!
Now tell me how the hell a mating bond that isn't a "Mistakes of Nature" would literally result in the death of both the woman and the baby? Feyre wasn't Illyrian, Nestha wasn't Illyrian, they would NOT have the most powerful children because NONE OF THEM would survive childbirth if Nestha hadn't helped with the Nefarious Treasure. Rhysand is HALF Illyrian and was "lucky" enough to have a son with wings. Imagine Cassian and Azriel then who are pure Illyrians.
Now, for example, that risk wouldn't exist with a child from Elucien because he wouldn't have wings. They are both the same species, that wouldn't happen.
I'm not saying that Elain saying she doesn't want Lucien is at stake, I'm simply talking about the fact that they themselves say that a partnership bond can only be based on who would have the strongest children. If that's the reason, what's the logic in pairing two people where neither the mother nor the baby would survive childbirth???
"Sometimes the Cauldron is wrong," and was it supposed to say that Feyre and Nestha are an example of it working out? Because up until that part of the podcast where SJM said it was "EASY" for them, I was like...
We didn't read the same book, because if you tell me that everything I read was EASY, we're going to have a serious discussion.
Just to reiterate, in case it wasn't clear to a certain group in the fandom, this isn't about shipping. The same thing would happen if Nesta and Feyre ended up with OTHER Illyrians and Elain with another High Fae.
Or even if SJM made Elain with an Illyrian and Nesta with Lucien for example, as she had planned before. Nesta and Lucien are High Fae, her body wouldn't need to be modified for that, but Elain's would.

Lucien and Zuko side by side, as requested!!! Honestly there's just so much about these two that I love!!!
Maybe this will be the shift from Shadow daddies to FIRE DADDIES! Because there's no denying they are HOT, (Pun intended!)
That shacked dramatic saying from Cassian but make it about academic writing. I don't understand how anyone would make this their living thing (but in the same way that Nessian is a thing, my thesis will also need to be a thing)

In my head, both Tarquin and Thesan can bloodbend
Rest in peace Robin Swift, you would have loved Tangled
Out of a rip in the world, Eris appeared atop our knoll, clad head to toe in silver armor, a red cape spilling from his shoulders… Eris just rested a hand on the pommel of his fine sword and said, “We thought you might need some help.”
I can’t express how excited I am finally share my first ever completed commission! I had so much fun commissioning @b-astora for this piece based on Eris’s entrance to the battle in ACOWAR. I think our future High Lord looks prettyyyyy good in armor if I do say so myself 🥵

I have heard many nonsense criticisms of Lucien but non will baffle me more than those who say he is a coward.
Lucien “got my eye torn out for standing against Amarantha” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “drew his sword against Rhysand and didn’t back down despite his threats” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “was willing to be mind tortured by Rhysand rather than give up Feyre’s name” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “shouted the direction of the Wyrm to Feyre, thus saving her life” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “snuck around UTM to protect Feyre despite being tortured” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “fought off multiple Nagas on his own despite being knocked off his horse and injured” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “standing his ground and arguing with Tamlin about training Feyre till he was silenced and even then silently protested” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “took a squad of Sentries to Night to try and rescue Feyre” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “breaking Hyburn’s enchantments to get to Elain and shield her” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “tracked down the Bogge with Feyre and led it to the twins” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “offered himself to the twins as a sacrifice to try and save Feyre and let her escape” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “went through a whole ass court where he was a wanted man who would be killed just to be able to check on Elain and rescue her” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “volunteered to go on a suicide mission alone” Vanserra is a coward?
Lucien “fought his way across a battlefield to see if Elain was harmed” Vanserra is a coward!?
Lucien “returned to the court of a High Lord that physically abused him so he can help Feyre and Rhysand” Vanserra is a coward!?
Really?
REALLY?????
I had someone comment on one of my reddit posts saying that Feyre is the voice of moral rectitude in the series. Feyre, who murdered an innocent with hate in her heart? Feyre, who slept with an engaged man and even considered sleeping with him after he married if she became desperate enough? Feyre, who committed war crimes? Feyre, who lied about sexual assault and then wanted to punish the males who believed her? Feyre, who used Lucien to make Tamlin jealous? Feyre, who caused an innocent guard to be whipped and only went to check on him afterwards to make Tamlin look bad? Feyre, who almost didn't intervene when she saw Lucien being sexually assaulted by Ianthe? Feyre, who sexually assaulted the people in the Hewn City and Velaris? Feyre, who burned the Lady of Autumn? Feyre, who bought her fifth mansion on war-torn land while the people in her city were struggling after the war? Feyre, who pulled a Tamlin and locked her sister up in the HoW so she could control her? Feyre, who displaced innocents out of their apartments because they made the terrible mistake of living in the same building as Nesta? Feyre, who had sex to an image of her young son?
Feyre wouldn't know right from wrong if it hit her in the head. If she's the voice of moral rectitude, then no wonder the series doesn't make sense. Feyre's the villain of her own story, all while the narrative bends over backwards to justify her actions and maintain that she's a "good person" who can do no wrong.

How and why does Babel not have a subreddit???
So you're telling me that the other Hermes members - who have years of experience, were betrayed themselves and didn't even fully trust Robin, Ramy and Victoire - just didn't bat an eye to the clearly disturbed-looking blond white girl who had found out about everything day(s) ago...
