This is one of the more heinous ways let someone die—to kill someone through gross negligence—because the pain (and the infection) spread through the nerves in your jaw to up behind your temple. Meaning it goes directly into your brain. The ache (toothache and headache) is constant and in your face. Literally, it is inside your face. So you can't ignore it and disassociate from it the way you can with pain anywhere else in your body. Also, you can't eat or drink without renewed agony. As a result, you suffer and starve and burn with fever over the course of days or even weeks.

To say ICE murdered him by negligence is selling it short. No, ICE *tortured this man to death* by negligence.

And some *basic* antibiotics would've at least kept him from dying! Heck, some *basic* dentistry would've cured his whole problem! Think about that: these ICE butchers let a man who complained of worsening toothache *over the course of two weeks* spent unlawfully imprisoned for no crime ... because they couldn't be bothered to take him to even a prison dentist!
