Reading: Honestly, I’ve been reading a lot of fanfics not so much books lately 😵‍💫. But some of my favorite books are You Are One Of Them by Elliott Holt, and That’s Not What Happened by Kody Keplinger.

Last series: I was watching Vox Machina last, though I have a bad habit of starting a shit ton of shows and never finishing them….

Last song: Kiss it better by Rihanna 😛

Working on: getting my ass moving to finishing college admissions and working on organizing my closet, I just built a shoebox for it yesterday.

Sweet or salty: okay, I’m a foodie so it really depends on my mood. But for salty I’d say salt and vinegar chips. For sweet, I’ll have to go with those storebought mini brownies.

Coffee or tea: coffee all the way, I’m obsessed with making my own latte and I grind my own beans.

Reading: Breakaway, which is a history of the PWHL’s formation. Great read and extremely on brand for me. Also, just finished “The Girl Who Bit Me” which was cuuuuuuute.

Last series: We just finished binging the latest season of Love is Blind. Queer version when?

Last song: Silver Springs cover by The Beaches. Jordan’s voice was made for this song.

Working on: The next chapter of The Firefly Choir. Also outlining a second fic that’s knocking around in my brain before I lose the essence of it.

Sweet or salty: Big fan of savory and salty lately. I’ve been absolutely going to town on hot pockets as of recent.

Coffee or tea: Coffee, hands down. I probably drink too much.

Last Book: ohh, this is a good one: Sorcery and Small Magics by Maiga Doocy. Literally 6/5 stars, best book I've read in a long time!

Looking forward to: getting a decent night’s sleep for once! Whenever that may be 😆. Or finding a few hours to work on my WIP while the kids are in school.

you spend 30 minutes choosing the perfect synonym for “said” only to change it back to “said.”

you google “how long does it take to bleed out” at 3 a.m. and now the FBI is probably watching you.

you write one sentence, stare at it, rewrite it 14 times, and somehow end up back at the original version.

“this scene is so important” but you have no idea what the scene actually is or why it’s important.

you come up with the best story ideas… in the shower… with no way to write them down.

your characters feel like real people but also you’re like “who are these guys and what do they want from me?”

your brain says “start writing!” but instead you reorganize your desk, reread your notes, and spend two hours naming a side character who shows up once.

you’ve cried over your WIP exactly 67 times and will do it again because the pain is the point.
