bucky's team loves getting up to shenanigans to post on their tiktok, so when one day they see a reel like the one above they decide to do their own version—except with a twist: their school is especially enthusiastic about their student athletes, so bucky and his team rope in their buddies from the other sports to partner up with them. gale hates being fodder for social media content; the one time he agreed to do a pov: life as a student athlete - boxer edition reel it ended up racking up hundreds of comments—not about his skills, but about his looks, which he found incredibly insulting. he gets huffy and visibly gears up for a rant anytime sometime tries to film him to post on the school accounts, to the point that everyone has given up even trying to ask him. meanwhile curt (also on the boxing team) once had some of the horniest comments about bucky printed on a shirt as a gag gift for his birthday, and bucky proudly wore that shirt. several times. around school and in public 

anyway bucky somehow manages to convince gale to be his partner for the drill. bucky shows him the video so gale knows what to expect, except when they start the drill bucky drops a kiss on gale's forehead after each rep. gale instantly burns a bright red and splutters a bit but doesn't get out more than a "bucky, what——" because bucky's teammates on either side of him, noticing, do the same and soon enough, more of the rest pick up on what bucky started and soon enough everyone's incorporated forehead kisses into the drill.
