Twitter sucks but it’s a sincerely horrifying experience to watch one of if not THE largest social media platforms swirl inevitably towards disaster and understanding intellectually that the man responsible likely will allow it to happen, and there are no adults in that room who can put their foot down, and that we truly do live at the whims of a few dozen billionaires who can rearrange the world to avoid a few months jail time, and nobody really prepared for any of this because twitter has been a staple of the internet since the mid 2000’s so there’s not anything really around that can fill the void of what it provided if it does go, and it’s very hard to imagine a world without twitter, and it could be fine or it could shut down tomorrow, every day we just have to wait to see if mr musk orders the doors of TwtHQ barred from the outside, forcing everyone to fight thunderdome style because he doesn’t want coders with beta mindsets

If that’s not the universal feline way of saying “Yes? What?” Then I don’t know what is.

In multiple mermaid languages, the words for “bag” and “footwear” are interchangeable. In a sense, it’s poetic, as footwear is needed to “carry” yourself on land.
