Yeah, I know it's immature of me. But still, it's not a crime, isn't it? :")

Alhamdulillah, keinginan saya kuliner kepiting terkabul juga saat saya mau cuti 4 Agustus yang lalu. Ditemani oleh salah satu rekan kerja saya yang juga cuti di hari yang sama, kami makan siang di salah satu restoran kepiting ternama di Balikpapan, yaitu restoran Dandito. Seusai check-in baggage, kami berdua bergegas menuju resto tersebut. Jarak resto dari bandara cukup dekat, kurang dari 10 menit menggunakan angkutan kota setempat. Sesampainya di tempat, kami langsung memesan kepiting betina telur saus spesial Dandito, cah kangkung hot plate, plus nasi dan minuman. Pelayan resto ini ramah dan waktu penyajian makanan juga termasuk cepat karena resto kebetulan cukup sepi karena waktu masih menunjukkan pukul 11.00 WITA. 

Saus spesial Dandito ini cukup unik karena saya bisa merasakan jahe sebagai salah satu komposisi sausnya. Jahe ini memberikan efek pedas yang segar dan wangi saat disantap bersama dengan daging kepiting yang manis. Cah kangkung yang kami pesan pun dilengkapi dengan udang dan telur puyuh sehingga makan siang hari itu terasa sangat mewah (terutama setelah perjalanan darat selama 4 jam dan perjalanan laut selama 30 menit yang cukup monoton).
