Map of Vhaeraun's Surface Temples- Canon per Ed Greenwood's Mindplace
@Ed Greenwood Hi Ed! I hope youâre doing well đ
We have some info on where Eilistraeeans are grouping up on the surface; where might one find vhaeraunite outposts, communities? Or temples? One of vhaeraunâs expectations of his followers is to contribute to permanent drow settlements on the surface (mentioned in faiths and pantheons and I believe other places as well) so they gotta be out there, right? Malakuth Tabuirr is mentioned to have funded one such vhaeraunite temple; is it in skullport, or somewhere else? Thank you in advance for any guidance! You rock. â â noctuus
Thus far, Vhaeraunite temples in the World Above (the surface Realms) are secret, either âupper roomsâ in the large houses of sponsors, in big cities, or in cellars. There are temples in Westgate, Waterdeep, Athkatla, Zazesspur, Selgaunt, Baldurâs Gate, Suldolphor, Ankhapur, and Tashluta, that I know of, and more shrines that may become temples if local support grows. Skullport has one of these very secret small shrines, nothing more yet; Malakuth Tabuirrâs temple is the one under the easternmost Bridge District in Athkatla.

Stars are purposefully big to be hard to miss. Exact city locations zoomed in on under the cut, as well as a link to the FR wiki page and the base description for them. For my convenience, and maybe even yours. I don't know I don't control you.
This map isn't definitive. There might be more mentioned elsewhere (Such as places like Cormanthor, where Vhaeraunite's have had a known presence.) - This map specifically focuses on the one's mentioned in the answer found above.
Link to an interactive FR Map, if you want to scroll around and find these places as well.
Notes:
Important-ish Context for perhaps the unaware.
Malakuth Tabuirr - Malakuth Tabuirr was one of the leaders of the Iron Ring as well as the leader of the Dark Dagger cell in Skullport
The Dark Dagger was a widespread group of Vhaeraun-worshiping drow. Their goal was to increase the influence of the drow on the surface and to gain power to fight against the church of Lolth. The Iron Ring was a consortium of the most powerful slavers in Skullport. Skullport, also known as the Port of Shadows, was a subterranean city located far below Waterdeep

Personal thoughts:
Looking at the map as it is marked up, it's really fascinating that you can see the sphere of influence that he has and the directions his church is spreading in.
The towns that Vhaeraunite's tend to set up shop in focus on Capital/Industry (Waterdeep, Athkatla, Zazesspur, Selgaunt, Baldurâs Gate, Suldolphor, Ankhapur, Tashluta) or Crime (Generally and presumably, because crime brings wealth) (Westgate, Selgaunt, Baldurâs Gate) Which could mean nothing.
Notable also is that none of these cities seem to be predominantly drow, just generally metropolitan-esc in nature.
Vhaeraun's temples largely being in his worshipers houses and secret to the unknown is a very fun trait, especially knowing his bigger temples are prone to attacks from Lolth priestesses. Plays with the presentation of HOW his worship is done (Imo: Probably far more private and autonomous than most other temples and clergy, especially in cities.)
It also means that Vhaeraunite's in the cities probably have to stick close together. If you have to know the owner of the shrine to have access to it to begin with... hmhmhm....
