current thoughts about things and stuff

it sucks how people dont let you talk about your psychotic experiences and immediately just go "see a doctor about that" or "i am not qualified to help with this" like i actually am not asking you to fix this i just need someone to listen to me because this experience is incredibly isolating and lonely and scary and no one seems to be able to deal with me when i really just need a friend. like why is it ok to talk about your autism or adhd struggles but as soon as it is psychosis it is chucked in the too hard basket.

'Cause people tend to not get the memo: People acting strangely in public is not a danger to you. Pacing, talking to themselves or something you can't see, laughing to themselves, stimming, twitching, ticcing, making "weird" noises--it doesn't fucking matter. They're not your personal freak show, they're not broken, they're not a murderer and they're definitely not going to be fucking helped by you calling the authorities or anyone else on em. These actions alone are not indicative of danger to you, as a random person on the street. Shut the fuck up and move on, leave disabled people alone.

People think psychosis is just auditory and maybe visual hallucinations. But it's also smell hallucinations, and touch hallucinations, and sensing presences that aren't there, and it's also believing things that don't make sense, and it's believing the universe is talking to you, it's thinking the guy on the radio is talking to you, it's being paranoid about loved ones, it's thinking everyone hates you, it's having thoughts that don't make sense, and it's hearing voices in your head that aren't yours , and it's not making sense when you talk, and it's going nonverbal, and it's being frozen in place.

Yes in fact I do suspect things are objectively meant for me if I relate to them at even the barest level yes in fact I do treat unrelated coincidences as objective fact yes in fact I do feel constantly followed and watched yes in fact I do have my wires crossed in ways they probably shouldn't be
