Hi. I actually have a really fun idea for the Visitorune equivalent of the Chapter 5 festival. Like, maybe in Visitorune, it's instead a house party happening in one of the apartments that was planned before the events of Visitorune happened, but even though the apocalypse is happening, people are like "Hey, it's not like you can't have fun or something." And Kris ends up encountering different characters they've met during their time exploring the apartment building, with there being interactions between characters that don't normally interact. And depending on what Kris did by that point, they get different responses and interactions with characters.
Ohhh I love this, actually it's a perfect excuse to get Asgore in the building since he usually lives above his flower shop. Flowery/Florian lives on the apartment's 5th floor and throws a floor-wide house party, inviting Asgore and the other flower club members as a way of getting him back into socializing and out of his conspiracy attic. But then, apocalypse hits and Florian's plants go way out of control, taking over the whole floor and blocking access until Chapter 5 is ready to start.
Different apartments could capture different parts of Chapter 5 - the festival proper, the garden, the cliffs, and Florian's home is the castle. Florian's desperately trying to show Gorey a great time so he'll stop obsessing over the past, and maybe, move in with him...?
And meanwhile a bunch of other residents flood the floor just trying to de-stress lol

I had to think about this one for a while and keep adjusting details, but I got something I really like now - they're all members of a botany club with Asgore that they started several years back. Asgore has helped them all in various ways and they noticed him starting to withdraw more and more with his conspiracies, so they're eager to help him out of his funk. Long post, let's go:
Beau joined out of a fondness for flowers, but also because he wanted to start a garden to attract butterflies and other pretty insects. Asgore helped him spend hours researching, digging, and planting a garden with no expectations in return.
Yancy is Beau's long term partner. He mostly joined so he could support Beau's hobbies, but he ended up developing an interest in environmental justice and eco-friendly practices. He suffers from depression and anxiety, and Asgore has always been a friendly ear, attentive to when he needs help or someone to talk to.
Seth is a college student and overachiever who joined to supplement their botany and agricultural studies. They have a particular interest in the cultural history of flowers and their use in communicating certain meanings. Asgore never seems to mind when they start rambling about their favorite stories and the significance of each flower in them.
Aria is Seth's little sister, and she was initially dragged along by Seth when their parents couldn't get after school childcare (someone has to make sure she doesn't get into the sharp objects). She ended up returning every time, and Asgore always had crafts and games for her that he'd kept from Asriel and Kris's childhood.
Glynn is a chef who wants to learn about new spices and rare ingredients for their cooking. They were pleasantly surprised by the whole club's kindness, particularly Asgore, who often shared recipes and talked to Glynn without ever forcing them to talk in return.
Oriane, or Ori, needed somewhere to hang out after high school, but the martial arts club bullied her out for her size. She didn't really plan to engage with the club, but she quickly befriended Glynn when they offered to help look for ingredients to increase Ori's strength. Since then, she's become more into botany than she'd like to admit, as well as appreciating Asgore's willingness to spar with her.
And of course, there's Florian - Asgore's old college roommate, and club founder. He's a professor of botany and is the one who first inspired Asgores love for flowers and gardening. He's been in love with Asgore since college, especially after Asgore quite literally saved his life (an incident with buttercup seeds...). Florian is the only one who actually lives in the Delta Apartment complex.

Hi. So how are you going to depict Flowery and the other Colored Flowers in the Visitorune AU? I've had the idea that in the AU, they were originally human and they're all friends that're really into tokusatsu shows like Super Sentai/Power Rangers. And after they all ended up looking outside to see what the commotion was after a few days, they all end up being mutated into different Super Sentai style heroes, all based on their appearances in Deltarune. And in the Visitorune AU, their different appearances are all influenced by them frequently watching their specific favorite series in the Super Sentai style series that's popular in the Visitorune AU, their personalities being relatively unchanged as they now go exclusively by the new names they've given themselves, which are their names from Deltarune.
So after a bit, they end up helping out someone that's being attacked by a Cursed individual. They end up liking it so much that they end up forming their own Super Sentai team and help deal with aggressive Cursed individuals. And in regards to their relationship with Kris and the others, it's much more of a friendly rivalry, as they recognize that Kris and the others are doing good. And another funny idea I've had is that Flower Man, the boss theme for Flowery and the other Colored Flowers, is something that Flowery wrote in the Visitorune AU as a theme tune for their team. And after they commissioned a musician to make a recording of it, Flowery plays it whenever they go out and fight Cursed individuals.
I'm afraid I was already deep into the previous ask by the time I got this, but I'll still post here because the idea's so fun :D Flowery would absolutely play his own theme music lol, he basically already does
