Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “Whoever says, ‘Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi,’ one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.

Salah Satu Sunnah yang sangat dianjurkan oleh Rasullullah saat setelah menikah adalah disunnahkan bagi suami meletakkan tangan kanannya di atas ubun-ubun (nashiyah) istrinya seraya menyebut nama Allah, dan mendo’akan dengan keberkahan :

بِسْمِ اللهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ

Dengan menyebut nama Allah… Ya Allah, sesungguhnya aku memohon kepada-Mu kebaikan (diri)-nya dan kebaikan (tabiat) yang Engkau ciptakan padanya.
