There will be days that your feet never touch the ground. Phenomaman learned just how touch starved he truly is after breaking up with blazer and will be holding you close to his chest pretty much anytime he has at least one arm available. He would straight up bring you on missions with him if he knows they aren't going to be too dangerous. A fun idea is that it's similar to a boost for the character, anytime he's allowed to bring you on a mission for moral support, you raise up his odds.
He gained a lot of trust issues after breaking up with Blazer, not that she did anything wrong, but he feels like you might be hiding stuff from him or that there's something obvious that he doesn't see yet. So whenever you tell him something personal or just show genuine and unashamed affection, he gets so giddy. It's a feeling he's never gotten from Blazer.
He still needs to work on boundaries. If you get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, Phen is knocking on the door to ask if he can come in, then he just sits with you until your finished and he carries you off to bed in his arms.
He respects your boundaries, but if you don't tell him clearly that you don't like certain things he does, he will continue to do them. He's just very oblivious unless you verbalize your opinions.
He's a very big fan of heavy petting. His favorite way to "make love" to you is by holding you really close and rubbing wherever you like the most.
