Alright, so here’s the deal. My car has been in and out of the shop for the past year and today it finally kicked the bucket. I’m currently facing what could be anywhere between $900-$2000 in repair costs depending on what is wrong, or the very real possibility of having to purchase another car, on which I will have to make payments. My goal is to reach at least $1000 to either a) pay for repairs or b) make the first few payments on another vehicle. This is very important as both my parents work and I have very few people to rely on in terms of transportation. UPDATE: It was the head gasket that blew and a friend of the family introduced me to a magical elixer called Blue Devil which restored my baby to life, at least for the mean time. While it means I do have something to drive for now, there’s no gaurentee as to how long this stuff can hold off the inevitable.  So, although my need for the cash is considerably less immediate, I’m keeping this post up and comission slots open. Prayer circle that my car holds up until I raise enough to replace it.
