Haan saari accountability protesters se maang lo sarkar toh bass award shows me jane ke liye hai.
I'm genuinely sickened by our government. The thing is, I don't know how to help (being a south Indian minor) so if anyone knows a way I can pls let me know
Hotch: and that’s just about everyone.
Rossi: so which one is the depressed raccoon?
Hotch: oh! the tall one with the untamed fluffy hair right there.
Rossi: the lanky nerd with the argyle sweater vest?
Hotch: the tim burton character looking kid with purple sneakers, yeah.
Reid:
Reid: reid works fine, too, you know. or- or spencer.
the mischaracterization of spencer reid is genuinely astounding. when has that boy been truly, wholeheartedly mean without a reason that involved protecting/defending someone? “he was mean to cat adams” okay? if she did all that to me, i’d be pissed to, especially if the life of my own mother was on the risk. he can get frustrated and act out if provoked, but he is NOT an inherently mean person

Spencer has afrid and he’s lowkey malnourished
Mango stamp of approval he told me so himself!! I find it hard to believe Spencer has a normal relationship with food based on his childhood alone. I imagine his home was pretty dirty at times bc of Diana’s condition and I also think food was probably kinda scarce (Spencer totally prioritised his mom over himself) but also he’s an autistic man with pretty clear sensory issues. Add onto that the fear I would imagine he has about meat after the rotting flesh Hankel used in revelations, Spencer has a lot of trauma around food. Even if his ARFID isn’t avoidant (sensory based) there’s gotta be some aversive (fear based) stuff going on. Btw ARFID in prison. Just a thought!
Why is the opposition showing up to a hunger strike protest against the government is "making it political", "diverting from the issue", "unnecessarily politicising it", "wrong", "anti national", "I won't support it because the opposition parties like Congress started showing up in a students protest"?
LIKE??? THAT'S LITERALLY THE JOB OF THE OPPOSITION. Their whole job is to keep the government accountable, to act as a check to their power. What will the opposition do, if not holding up a mirror to the government's shortcomings? That's literally why an opposition exists in a democracy. Why are you treating this like a flaw instead of a feature? This is Democracy 101 why do I even have to explain this?? If you want the opposition to be suddenly invisible from all issues affecting the country that the government doesn't agree with, you might as well be living in a dictatorship.
It doesn't matter if you agree with someone's reason for a protest, in a democratic country everyone has a right to protest. You can hate CJP and Sonam wangchuk and you can very well believe that whatever they were doing was for their own gain but you can't believe what happened today was anywhere close to what is acceptable in a democratic country. The police can't just barge in and remove Sonam wangchuk from the protesting site. The High Court can't order for the forceful removal of protestors. The police can't not show the order before removing people from the site. It would be a shame if the High Court ordered the protestors to break their protest first before directing any order towards the government. It doesn't matter what your views were on the protest or the people protesting, you can't be okay with what happened today and call this country a democracy and Vishwaguru. This is tyranny.
India, where the form of success looks like who can leave the country behind. India, which, despite having the youngest and most talented minds in the world, does not know what to do with them. India, where the competitive exams are more exclusionary than inclusive. India, where everyone tries to reach the 1% to top the exams. India, where parents and students believe that they can reach that 1% if they work hard enough and failure is individual failure; they weren't working hard enough. India, where the children lost their lives chasing a dream they were denied. India, where it took so many deaths to even raise a finger at the failed system. India, where accountability is never taken. India, where the political theater of a hunger strike couldn't work because the other side lacks basic empathy. India, where the ones who question the system are forcefully silenced. The one fasting is forcefully detained. India, where children are getting their future stolen.

all i do is wake up and watch a dead nation die again
imagine being an officer at a local pd working a case & an entire suv fleet randomly pulls up.
then all of the sudden the most attractive people you’ve ever seen in your entire life get out of the cars and strut into your station.
I need him so badly, it's getting unhealthy.
Imagine making memes about someone who's literally fighting for your rights. How apathetic do you have to be to mock a person who's been on a hunger strike for 19 days straight all for the sake of our future?
Where tf did 'for the people' go in our democracy. I thought the whole point of us being democratic was the fact we could question the government and expect an answer. For god's sake even the dictators and colonisers in our past agreed to hold a dialogue. I don't support any party but atleast respect an engineer, an activist and a person of this country enough to atleast initiate a dialogue with him. I may not know much about the world but I know apathy when I see it. It is not only the hunger but also the heat. Have some respect atleast even if you don't agree with him. Stop making memes. If a brilliant engineer and climate activist has to go on a hunger strike and is still not heard, imagine what we as students or employees must do? Address the neet leak. 21 students died. 21 human beings who had dreams and hopes. 21 babies that their parents brought home from the hospital with so much hope for their futures. 21 kids who were loved by someone. I may not agree with every one of his demands but atleast address the one which ruined several people's lives and took 21 kids away from their parents and loved ones.
They're slowly rewriting our books, they're slowly erasing the ideals we grew up on, they're controlling how the young will think. Democracy is utopic now
Truer words have never been spoken.

When I see reels about the Jantar Mantar protest, a part of me feels an inexplicable warmth and love towards my country, not the government not the judiciary but the people and my Generation to be exact. How long were we told that we are useless, always on our phones always just so fucking immature? That we didn't understand the world?
But turns out we aren't useless, we aren't immature and We understand the world so so much better than the adults in our life. And we aren't spineless.
Honestly, I don't give a damn if you are an Indian or not, I don't give a damn if you think if this affects you or not. Because a scientist and 3 other students have more spine than a whole fucking government. So I need you to spread this post or at least it's story. I need you to make this an international issue because nationally, the government can control the news internationally? Not really.
Sonam Wangchuk and 3 students taking part in the Jantar Mantar protest haven't eaten anything in 19 fucking Days because they are going on a hunger strike to protest for the removal of the India's Education Minister for his incompetence. In his tenure there have been 9 NATIONAL LEVEL PAPER LEAKS (of competitive exams that basically decide a child's future). The latest and the one that pushed everyone off the ledge was the NEET UG leak (NEET UG is a competitive exam which basically acts as a base for which college a child will go to bed on their marks. Children who don't get a seat in Government colleges have to pay an insane amount to attend private colleges) which has caused the suicide of 20 fucking students.
There are obviously more detailed posts about this but mine is to just give anyone reading this, a summary of the events. And while I still cannot support CJP (my reasons are in this post) this protest has gone far far beyond CJP and now literally deals with the actual citizens of the Country.
SPREAD THE WORD. FUCK FASCISM
FUCK BJP
