If I see one more Jace × Helaena post or another chicken joke about Helaena's death, I'm going to lose it. You all don't care about Helaena as her own character, and you never will. You don't care about her children. You don't care how miserable her last weeks were. You don't care that she was tortured by her sister and left completely alone because of her. Her baby was murdered, her other child was taken from her, she's living under the same roof with her child's killer and the baby in her belly was threatened, all while she sank deeper into her visions.

It honestly astounds me that people can joke "oh, she'd be so happy with chickens," or make ai's of her riding them. Or that people use their ships to feel more sad about her death and what could have been – when she already has a family that loves and cares for her. She already has a husband who will mourn her, a daughter left without a mother.

But no. Let's make it about Jace, of course. Not about Helaena. Not about her actual family.

And I'm not even mentioning the disgusting things people say about her being tortured, as if she deserved it because of what she said to Rhaenyra or how they ignore Helaena's feelings entirely, dismissing her words as "out of character."
