Does anyone know where to find that post that's starts as "remember when you could pause a youtube video and it would still load" and then others added on some configuration settings to try and emulate that old feature?

FR if anyone knows where to find it I'd be so grateful. I was a doofus and forgot to like/save the post after I adjusted a couple of configs and didn't register that one of them would permanently drop the quality of all the YT vids I watch to 360p.
