Wohoo in Car 🚗❤️

Here it is! My very first mod for The Sims 3. 🥹

I’ve spent so much time working on this mod, and I’m really proud to finally be able to share it with you today. The version of me from 15 years ago would NEVER believe I’d be making mods for The Sims 3 one day lol.

As the name pretty explicitly suggests, Woohoo in Car allows your Sims to WooHoo (and Try for Baby) in any car in the game, including CC cars!

And of course… the car will actually shake during WooHoo. 👀🚗

The shaking animation works with the vast majority of cars, including most CC cars. However, some vehicles use very different bones/rigging, so the shaking animation may not work on every single car.

You may also notice some small visual glitches while certain cars are shaking. This is normal and depends on how that particular vehicle was made.

The mod also comes with an optional compatibility module for NRaas Woohooer, so Woohooer users can enjoy the mod too! ✨ New Moodlet

Woohoo in Car also comes with a brand-new moodlet your Sims can receive after having some fun in the car! The moodlet has been translated into all languages supported by The Sims 3, so it will automatically appear in your game’s language. (If you notice any translation mistakes, please let me know so I can fix them!)

group announcements

this mod adds group announcements with reactions from known sims nearby.

download on patreon (early access) requires lot 51 core library mostly base game compatible, some interactions require specific packs age group: child to elder

this mod adds 17 new interactions, all available by clicking on an active sim. 7 interactions are available at any time:

two main helpful interactions: "gather around" and "get attention"

"gather around" opens a sim picker. selected sims will gather around your sim and wait there for a while.

2. “get attention” makes nearby sims stop what they’re doing. sometimes they may need a moment to finish their current action first.

this interaction is useful when you want sims to stay where they already are, but stop talking or doing other activities.

"say hello", "celebrate!", "motivate the group", share good news and bad news

"say hello" your sim can greet all known sims nearby at once.

"celebrate!" sims may do this autonomously during events if they are in a good mood.

"motivate the group" nearby sims will have custom focused buff.

life event announcements

event-based announcements will be available for 2-3 days after the event happens.

“announce graduation,” “share news about leaving school,” and “share news about leaving university” require 'high school years' or 'discover university' ep. “announce graduation” will appear after your sim gets their diploma, either from high school or university.

“share news about leaving job” will be available if your sim quits or gets fired. please note: if you choose “quit career” on the phone or computer and then press “cancel,” the announcement will still appear anyway.

children with an “A” grade will have access to the “show off good grades” announcement at any time.

outcomes: - relationship gain; - custom buffs; - sims will be more likely to start talking to each other after an announcement.

"This world contains both Sunset Valley and Bridgeport!

Requirements are minimum Base Game and Late Night, but there are lots for all EPs up to University EP, but they are not necessary and are each only on their lots. No CC is used!

All lots are from the Game and unedited, with smaller exceptions and two self-made lots (the Supernatural Lot at the Bridge and the little Park in the middle of Bridgeport with the fountain on it).

The world contains almost all households from SV and a few from BP, so the world is populated with our beloved sims from SV!

I tried to leave both SV and BP as unedited as possible, but I added lots from every EP, including a.e. the Ranch onto empty lots.

If there are any bugs or glitches, please tell me. This is the first version for public (and also I have no clue how modthesims works so I hope if needed I can update it lateron xd)

Hello! Today I’m announcing a new, very interesting private school mod for your game. With this mod, you can create functional schools for your city—unlike the base game schools—where you can watch your Sim go to school and study alongside other Sims.

TUTORIAL:

After building your school building on a community lot, place the activator—which is this statue—inside it.

This object has a script that makes the game think a given lot is a private school.

After building the school and placing the activator, go to your family, pick up the house phone, and switch your enrollment to the private system.

There you go, my friend—now your child is automatically set to attend private school.

Give every Sim a more personal way to sleep! This version replaces the EA sleeping position with nine (9) custom sleep poses and adds a preference system so you can choose how each of your Sims sleeps.

✨Save a Sleep Preference✨

Each Sim can have their own preference, so household members don’t need to share the same sleep style.

Select Random if you do not want the Sim permanently assigned to one sleeping pose.

When Random is selected, the mod chooses from the nine poses whenever that Sim goes to sleep. This allows the Sim to sleep differently from one night to the next without requiring you to manually select another preference.

Originally there were two bathrooms, but the tiny one had to be removed, so I could add "LP2 staircase" or basically any way to reach the 2nd floor;

Basement was not included due to TS3 limitations and lack of references;

Sunroom is empty due to lack of references.

This build is based on relatively recent photos from Zillow, AirBnB and American Football House websites. However, I've found older photos, where interior looked differently.

Cry Alone Mod 😢💔

Hi guys! 💖Back again with a new animation mod! This is an absolutely gorgeous animation from the talented TS4 creator Simkatu (check out their Patreon, their work is truly amazing) who has graciously given me permission to convert some of their animations to TS3!

Working with custom animations has been a bit of a learning curve for me (but so much fun)! You guys know that i released my own first custom animation with the Flip Off mod a few months ago, and since then I have learned a lot more about custom animation conversion and creation. I have a few more conversions that I am wrapping up and will be releasing soon, as well as some simple ones that I have created myself.

The feet are a bit clipped (please don't flame me, im still learning! lol) But overall I think it turned out super cute!

💖The cry alone interaction is a self interaction. Using it provides a mood increase when your sim is done crying! It is autonomous (this can be toggled off) and happens mostly when your sim is sad or angry.

💖 If you also have my "Baddie Socials" mod installed, my "Pissed Off" and "About to Crash Out" moodlets are recognized by this mod, and sims with these moodlets are more inclined to cry alone.

💖Teen sims going through mood swings are also be more likely to cry alone autonomously.

💖How much mood increases is tunable via s3pe.

💖Translator Strings Attached -This is a custom script mod that should not conflict with any other mods. If it does conflict with any mods you have installed, please lmk and I will update this post. Hope you guys enjoy it! Are there any other animations you guys would like me to work on?
