Originally there were two bathrooms, but the tiny one had to be removed, so I could add "LP2 staircase" or basically any way to reach the 2nd floor;

Basement was not included due to TS3 limitations and lack of references;

Sunroom is empty due to lack of references.

This build is based on relatively recent photos from Zillow, AirBnB and American Football House websites. However, I've found older photos, where interior looked differently.

Uhh, yeah, I know the exterior doesn't look as good as it looks in VTMB, mostly due to TS3's build limitations and exterior in VTMB not matching the interior at all (typical videogame trope).

There should be also Jeanette Voerman sim somewhere on Mod The Sims for a perfect match (I'd rather make my own version of her tbh, since my default replacements are different from intended ones).

P.S.: it lacks a bunch of stuff like interactable dancefloor and stereo, since my focus was on accuracy and to be frank, I was also tired when I finished this 😅

He's a kinda nerdy guy, who got tired of city life, so he went to the countryside to start a new life there (yeah yeah, I know thats how it kinda was in Stardew Valley 😅)

So I started a new save and I think his started a bit more "interesting" compared to others I had.

He got kissed by a woman he barely knows (they just met each other).

Then his kitchen was set on fire due to Sheldon's failed attempt on cooking some pancakes.

At least this dumbass went back to his bed to read some books as if nothing happened.

Finally got my hands on sharing one of my sims, at least through Tumblr. Probably one of my oldest sims, though nothing has left from his old look, cuz he used to look more modern. His entire makeover was just an excuse to give him a longer hair.
