Being my first Gorillaz album I was there for the release of, it makes me really emotional to see Humanz turn almost a decade old now. I have so, so many good memories making friends with people online while waiting for the release, being there and bawling my eyes out when the music video for Saturnz Barz dropped, listening to the boxset exclusive songs while browsing Gorillaz fanart online, actually hating it initially but it growing on me a lot over the years. When it released, it was during a huge turning point in my life, where things began to get a lot better for me. Before it came out, I didn't see myself even living to see it get released, let alone being here for its anniversary nearly a decade later. I'm not very good at wording myself but when Damon says he regrets making it it does make me very sad. It means so much to me and I'm sure many others, and I'm happy that I'm here to celebrate its 9th anniversary
