Another #workout done! Normally #baby would be my excuse to ditch my #morningworkout and #morningrituals . I used to be disappointed when I didn't see my body fulfill my expectations. But I've learned to love my body for what it can do rather than what it looks like. My focus is to #feelgreat not to look a particular way or be a certain size. Having #4kids in my 30's and 40's, I know I can't look like a 20 year old fitness model, and it's not my goal. Playing with my little one and my big kids is my #goal.
