Marah is a 17 year old girl trapped in Gaza with her siblings and mother. A friend of mine has been hosting a campaign for the past couple of months to help them evacuate Gaza when the time comes. However, Marah's campaign has faced some setbacks -- though Marah frequently advertises her fundraiser on Twitter, posts get minimal reach, and she will often go large stretches without any donations.
Unfortunately, Marah must use money intended for escape to help she and her family survive, as the prices of goods in Gaza such as food, clothing, and medicine are astronomical. This makes her campaign vital and its stalling dire, as it supports multiple people facing famine and genocide.
