Knightfall Had A religious narrative. Straight up. It is one of the more uniquely religious parts of Jean Paul Valley during post-crisis… however, he was never wet eyed in a confessional. At all. They’ve clearly been inspired by modern Jean Paul characterization which is Really Frustrating. The actual tragedy of JPV’s story and the decline of his mental health doesn’t work when you mess with it. Including modern aspects of his character that Haven’t Happened yet, such as this religious edition to his character effects the story. This is the same as them applying the post-knightfall dynamic to pre-knightfall Jpv and Bruce discussion. Which they did for some reason….

I don't make personal posts often but without getting into the details, tonight it became very clear i can't stay with my mother anymore.
