The most I interact with manifestation tools is what I call mindset work: manifestation is useful to help reframe your thoughts into more positive one, creating routine where you open your mindset to better opportunities, helpful for confidence and self-esteem, but no affirmation is going to magically fix all of your money problems, bring a soulmate to your doorstep, or help you make a celebrity who doesn't know you love you. So many answer to your question is no, nothing of what you're suggesting is rational.

Hi! I specifically don't do celebrity FS readings, because on my opinion/experience they require a lot more active discernment from the querent to be accurate, which is pretty much impossible to achieve when the person you're reading on is a celebrity who isn't there to process the information in real time, and is also irresponsible when you're managing a divination-related platform around people you know some have strong or even excessive parasocial relationships with. Free will is ALWAYS a center piece when it comes to any form of divination, including tarot. The cards help parse through existing energies, to tell you where your current actions, mindset,decisions are taking you. They are not here to take decisions on your behalf, force you into situations, or make your life a certain way. They literally can't, they're pieces of paper with drawings on them. Whatever your life is heading is a result of the sum of things outside of your control and actions/decisions you took, the cards cannot decide that. Your destiny is yours to write, but the world is not a game only you are playing. It's more like a huge interactive platform where each player got their own starting points, their own wills, their decisions, their relationships etc. if you'd like to go for something or someone, who will stop you? But then, also accept the consequences of you going to get there. For example, if you'd like to have a prestigious job in politics, you'll have to study, make connections, pass exams, learn new skills, join a party etc. If you end up hating it, then change. Or don't, and stay miserable forever, idc. Divination can help you point towards reflections to have, aspects you didn't know about or take into account, energies to be aware of, but it cannot solve your entire life for you, and having divination does not mean you don't need to take an action ever again in your life. Let's say you have a crush on two different people, divination can help point you towards compatibility issues, potential third parties, the vibes of each connection, but it cannot make the decision for you if you're better off alone, with partner A, partner B or both at the same time. I have had the experience in the past where people thought it was an absolute emergency requiring multiple free readings to know an exact play by play of each relationship with each potential partner: this won't take you anywhere. All people outside of you also have free will, and what is true today could be completely false tomorrow because partner A was late to the gym and met someone they thought is the love of their life or person B got triggered and made a decision to have a behavior that would be productive for your relationship together. Divination should be centered on free will always, or your reliance on it will become an addiction or a crutch that will cause more pain than good.
