She first “fought” against Apple Music, then against the “Lucky 13” clothing brand who legally requested all the photos of T.Swift’s partially exposed breasts and buttocks! (I bet she has a glorious body parts but duuuude!) Now she’s facing a $42 million lawsuit because of her hit “Shake It Off.” Uh-oh! Sounds like there’s some Bad Blood a-brewing!

Jesse Braham, an American R&B singer, claims that the pop superstar stole the lyrics of his 2013 song, “Haters Gone Hate.” He told the Daily News that the two songs had the same hook; his being the original one “obviously”.

Think she’s guilty? Here are the lyrics so you can decide for yourself.

So, uhhh both songs had “players/playa,” and “play”, “haters” and “hate”, and “fakers” and “fake”. According to Braham, who happens to be a struggling out-of-work comedian, T. Swift couldn’t have thought of the Shake It Off lyrics without connecting it to his song, saying “If I didn't write the song Haters Gone Hate, there wouldn't be a song called Shake It Off!”

We’d be a little worried, but according to an intellectual property case expert, though, this case is probably going nowhere. Here’s hoping T. Swizzle really CAN shake this off!

Rumors have spread to why the couple took a quick break earlier this year. Rumors went from constant fighting to unbearable long distance relationships, since the two were filming separate movies.

However, The Insider says the two are still on good terms and “they still have a lot of love for one another.” The last time the couple was seen together, they were holding hands and eating pancake.

Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman, and Corbin Bleu proved that they were still “all in this together,”  as they posed for a group photo.

Hudgens and Tisdale went with Alice in Wonderland themed costumes, going as Alice and the Queen of Hearts, respectively. 

Even Tisdale’s dog, Maui, was in costume as a shark.  Coleman went as Dionne from Clueless. 

Bleu went as rocker Lenny Kravitz, while his fiancée, Sasha Clements, went as an angel. Zac Efron and Lucas Grabeel, however, were not in attendance.

Despite High School Musical premiering nine years ago, the cast still keeps in touch. This party wasn’t the first time they reunited this year. “I continue to see all the guys from High School,” Efron shared with E! News. Talk about #SquadGoals!

OTRAT is the band’s fourth world tour...and their last tour before their March 2016 hiatus.

 “Clouds” cued the start of the concert and the beginning of the end… of the tour. The show was emotional, to say the least.  During the show, the boys reminisced their five-year journey- from their What Makes You Beautiful single to their Made in the A.M. album. The show ended with our favorite boys hugging it out, thanking all the fans who have supported them non-stop and the people behind the scene who have made everything possible, and promising that they’d definitely come back.

The boys swear that they’ll come back from their hiatus and that their break won’t last forever. Harry begged the fans, “Please don’t forget us!”

Liam promised that this was only the end of On The Road Again Tour but not One Direction.

Louis jumped in by saying, “Don’t cry, Liam! Save some for the other tours.”

Nialler had this to say: “I can tell you this, we will be back.”

According to E!Online, Kourtney called it quits over the Independence Day weekend. In light of Scott’s incessant excessive partying and dangerously alcoholic behavior, Kourtney reportedly decided to finally break up with her baby daddy and ‘do what's best for the kids’.

Many fans are crushed by this news; Kourtney & Scott were #RelationshipGoals, Man! What does this mean for us?

The boys sat down for an interview recently, and here’s what they said.

Ashton: “We wrote an album in LA in about three months. It’s all recorded. It’s all sounding… I love it.”

We think that sounds great! Luke thought so too, apparently: Luke: “I’m very proud of it. It’s almost finished, obviously there’s a few little bits we have to do to it, but I’m very happy with it and I couldn’t be more proud. I think it’s definitely more personal than the first album.”

One Direction just launched their new #1DFragrance, Between Us and released a promo video with it. The video shows the lads on various treks and adventures to collect the components for the perfume.

First, Harry collects  freesia from the highest mountain.

Next, Daddy Liam dives down into the murky depths to fetch some amber from the deepest ocean.

Then, Tommo Louis ventures into outer space to fetch an apricot. From an outer-space 7/11, or something.

JK Rowling's at it again! In her latest installment to Pottermore, she tells us a bit more about the Dursleys that we didn't know before.

1. From the very beginning, she hated Vernon & Petunia.

Petunia was a name she'd give to characters she'd make up as a child with her sister, and Vernon "...is simply a name I never much cared for." 

2. Petunia loved Vernon because he was so spectacularly normal.

She met him when she signed up for a boring old desk job “...where she met the extremely unmagical, opinionated and materialistic Vernon Dursley.” 

Sexy. 

He “...was deliciously normal. He had a perfectly correct car, and wanted to do completely ordinary things, and by the time he had taken her on a series of dull dates, during which he talked mainly about himself and his predictable ideas on the world, Petunia was dreaming of the moment when he would place a ring on her finger.”

So far, it seems as though it’s off to a rocky start. While it IS currently trending on twitter, people are already criticizing the decision to release it on Jay-Z’s super limited music service, Tidal.

In addition, people questioned the decision to hype it by involving so many big names.

Question 1: Is Madge trying to out-Taylor Taylor?

The music video was heavily hyped, saying they would feature...yep, just about everyone.

Question 2: Why on earth would you hype a music video using artists whose cameos you might miss if you even blinked a second too long?

Many expressed disappointment in the video, calling it an ‘over-hyped let-down’ and calling Madonna herself a hack & a has-been.

Still, others commend the hard work & utter sheer awesomeness that the lady puts out at the age of 56.

Others still are bringing up the issue of ageism and how the media, the music world and the fans themselves are treating artists.

Did Madonna knock it out of the park for you, or was it a let-down?

"Who is excited for tonight's KUWTK finale?!?!?! There's some exciting news to share so make sure you tune in!" That's what Kim Kardashian-West tweeted a few days ago. The episode came around, and lo and behold, the ‪#‎worldsmosttalkedaboutcouple‬'s efforts to give baby Nori a sister or brother have paid off! It looks like the baby is due in December.

Everyone knows the tabloids weren't the nicest to Kim Kardashian during her first pregnancy, but after falling in love with motherhood, those things are miniscule for her. In Kim's words, "I love being a mom. It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!"

Well, congratulations to the Wests!

Claudia Moser, daughter of White House correspondent Laura Moser is seen here in a rare moment throwing a tantrum on the floor. This would have been a scene common to any parents who have toddlers, really...except this photo was taken inside the Oval Office in front of no less than Barack and Michelle Obama. The photo was captured by official White House photographer Pete Souza during the White House Passover Dinner. Souza then handed the photograph to Claudia’s mom, who then tweeted it and caused a massive online uproar.

The 90s is a time for nostalgia for most of us, and honestly, what could be more nostalgic than Buffy The Vampire Slayer?

Before Joss Whedon gave us the world of the Avengers, he was actually in charge of crafting a very different world. The world of one Buffy Summers. Over the weekend, Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar-Prinze) and Willow (Alyson Hannigan-Denisof) reunited one more time to battle the forces of evil...

...and get some girl time in while getting some crafting done.

The two were reunited during the Denisof’s daughter’s birthday wherein among other things featured was a crafts booth. Daphne from Scooby Doo and Lily from How I Met Your Mother had an enormous blast shown on the social media accounts of SMG-P where the latter made a giraffe (That’s probably made of silver.) Also present at the event were their less popular-but equally significant-spouses Alexis Denisof (of Angel and How I Met Your Mother fame) and Freddie Prinze Jr (of every single 90’s movie fame.) 

Earlier in the week, Sarah Michelle celebrated the 12-year anniversary of the series’  finale of the seminal cult classic that made both she and Alyson bonafide stars. She tweeted never-before-seen cast pictures and screenshots. Now if only Joss Whedon waited a bit longer to delete his twitter... I’m sure this would've inspired a Buffy sequel of some sort. Now THAT we’d pay to see!

WE.ARE.YOUR. FRIENDS. Those are the four words that flashed at the end of what perhaps could be the coolest trailer ever. I mean, picture this:

...Plus a whole lot of sunny Los Angeles - can this film get any more attractive?

In "We Are Your Friends," the High School Musical heartthrob (throwback!) plays a DJ trying to make it big in Los Angeles. A familiar Hunger Games face then mentors him, but everything turns into chaos when he falls in love with his mentor's girlfriend. And amidst all of that are raves, parties, and a whole lot of music.

So if you're an aspiring DJ, or you just want to watch Zac Efron with his shirt off for two hours, then this is the movie for you! August 28 is the date to save!

Are YOU planning on seeing the film?

In one of the performances for the first ever Red Nose Day US Special, Ed Sheeran shared the stage with the amphibious, emerald entertainer as they sang one of Kermit’s go to songs (and my personal favourite) Rainbow Connection. The song on it’s own is feel-good enough. But add Sheeran’s soothing vocals and you can call-in a vacation leave. They start a the bit with light banter followed by the duo singing the song and Sheeran reacting to the grandeur of the moment. I mean, he is singing with Kermit THE Frog. Red Nose Day is an event founded by the charity Comic Relief. It’s main goal is to raise enough money to aid children in impoverished parts of the world and to leave them with a smile on their tiny, little faces.

Dylan and Cole Sprouse from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody spent most of their childhood running around The Tipton Hotel and pissing off Mr. Moseby, but did you ever wonder what happened after that?

Well, they grew up.

And school happened…. just like normal people with goals and dreams, they went to college to pursue these dreams. Guess what? They’ve even finished Uni.

The 22-year-olds were both students at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where Dylan majored in video game design and Cole in archaeology, MTV.com reported.

“We’ve tried to do right, to fix some of the negative stereotypes of child stardom,” Cole wrote on Twitter.

Well, they definitely have. Way to go, guys! Congratulations, and welcome to the real world! (dun dun dun!!!!)
