turned 21 and my first thought was to get crazy drunk (and I did)

I beg people for the love of god if you are writing about a certain character please stop tagging ya’lls fics with another character from a completely different project just because it’s the same actor and you want your work to get more attention…. like genuinely. I don’t want read a fic where the character the actor plays is evil, or misogynistic, or racist, or a homophobe when I’m looking for a fic where the character is a green flag and would never do such terrible things. It’s not even just about it being annoying but it can also be triggering to some who deal with certain things a specific character might’ve done like SA or domestic violence. I just feel like overall, it’s unnecessary and annoying. Honestly, I get that some people don’t mind it but a lot do and this has been a problem that’s been spoken about a LOT on tumblr, along with falsely tagging and intertwining genres like angst, smut and fluff. Also, it’s fine if it’s just a thirst post for the actor where it might be pictures of said person or whatsoever. But, when it’s an actual written out work it should not be tagged under a completely different character from the one that is being written about UNLESS it’s a crossover.
