These are pretty much based off all the times he's appeared maskless in comics, put in chronological order.

The last one is what I'd imagine he looks like now, since we haven't seen his face after he supposedly "fully healed". The heterochromia is based on his appearance in avengers 9 #25 and the white/platinum hair is based off his attachment to his identity as white box.
