The Iron Marshal, The Angel of War
A reference sheet I made for Artfight.
In the end of Descent into Avernus module, Cecil stays behind and becomes Zariel's army general commander. Not because he wants to - because he gives up his soul in exchange for his friends' and his city's freedom. He becomes a fallen angel and spends next 15 years in service, fighting the endless Blood War.
He has an iron hallo in his horns, which blazes with flames during battles. His helmet seems to be blinding him, but his soldiers know - the Iron Marshal sees and knows everything that happens on the battlefield.
He rides a hellish Night Mare and trains a heavy cavalry of devils to never let demons near the Material Plane.
