anyone else just woke up one day and realized that our time on this earth is limited and that they really really really want to live despite every bad thing that happens and proceeded to have a break down or is it just me

there’s sooo much beauty in slowing down and understanding yourself btw

im literally so obsessed with making compromises, coming to mutual understandings, listening without judgment, getting to the root of the issue, the alignment of the heart and mind, fairness, assessing situations, equity, justice etc recently.

i had an idea for a poem a little while ago but it got lost in life, in time, under a chair, under the blankets, outside a frosty window, beneath a quiet floorboard, under my tongue, inside your eyes

when you start reading again and it's like oh. oh . the sun actually does still shine.
