What am I being brave about I hear you ask?

But absolutely no self discipline to build routine especially since I was neglected as a kid and adopted the “fuck it who cares it doesn’t matter anyway ” mindset and it’s an absolute bitch to get out of that mindset

I understand the things I need and want to do and become but no strength to actually kick myself up the ass to do anything other then scrape by on the bare minimum and cope.

And so in the end I’m just a whiny lazy bitch.
