i love when theo joins the puppy pack in fics because that has sense and etc but god i scream and run around like crazy when he connects with the other part of mccall pack. i mean yeah it doesn't sound very realistic for canon (though i still love the drama) but if we're talking about au, god there's so a lot of underrated friendship dynamic i would love to see more.
like stiles and theo? the most hilarious beaf over smallest things like star wars characters or pizza flavours (they like pretty much the same things but somehow manage to fight over it every time)
lydia and theo? their friendship started mostly so theo could irritate stiles even more, but very soon lydia became the best relationship adviser theo ever had (so like the one and only, but still really good). we doesn't have them as best friends at every fic just because world aren't ready for the besties they could be
alison and theo? awkwardly waiting for scott to return from the bathroom and having the most awkward small talk in history of awkward small talks. + the idea of her and scott on double date with thiam makes me giggle. just imagine liam and scott going in the long discussion about lacrosse and theo and alison just sitting there and exchanging the most sympathetic glances in the world (who would have guessed theo able of this)
isaac and theo? they are like lost brothers + who has the most traumatised childhood in the room competition. none of them really good at letting people in so it could be really harsh
kira and theo? "i hope liam told you you owe me a sword now" she is one of few people who give theo shovel talk when he started dating liam but the first one theo was really afraid of. liam is kinda afraid too
malia and theo? another siblings dynamic, except it's the sibling you never really wanted, but it still working somehow. they understand each other perfectly without actual words needed, but will never admit to it, because both of them stubborn as hell
