hiya!! sorry it took me a while to get to this 🙏 First off tysm, it means a lot!!

As for your question, I really don't feel like I'm in any way experienced enough to do a tutorial but I'm always more than happy to share my process at least, so i grabbed a csp timelapses (screw tumblr for only letting me put one in...) of just the coloring part that is definitely way more comprehensible than any explanation I could give in words shadjsa

I approach every piece differently based on what effect I want to achieve so my rendering process is mostly trying to get to that image in my mind through sheer brute force, don't be afraid to find references for what your mind wants but you can't quite translate to canvas! If there's any specific piece you'd like to see the process of do let me know and I'll try to grab it, bc again it all kind of differs depending on what I want it to look like in the end 🙏

ever since finishing the game I've been pondering my headcanon/au for how erik's post canon situation would look like if he lived on and I finally sat down to sketch out some concepts for it... still got thoughts forming on it but in short he does not get better! also just an excuse to draw him in all black + his red. my favourite edgelord <3

don't look too closely at the historical accuracy of these I was chasing cool factor for now... will be putting my reasearch glasses on now
