even though they were players in tgg together, it took them a long time to warm up to eachother
one time rohan was purposely trying to annoy lyra by repeating everything she said and not answering her, lyra then somehow reversed it onto him and he got ragebaited instead
lyra is always mimicking his british accent for NO reason at all
if they somehow do manage to have a sleepover, they’re either trying to choke eachother out with their blankets or waiting for the other person to go to sleep so they can pour the coldest water on them
they both have this smug smile whenever they succeed at doing something together
but if they fail, they never have a backup plan - rohan says it’s “bad luck”
grayson is ALWAYS concerned at the amount of times lyra and rohan are beefing
even in an argument between lyra and rohan, grayson is always catching strays
if anytime savannah is arguing with rohan, lyra is also in an argument with rohan - its a take one take all type of thing
they are both VERY good at frisbee - whenever the tgg gang go out they’re cooking everyone
they don’t usually say sentimental things to eachother but they just know deep down
rohan speaks latin (don’t judge) and lyra learnt phrases in latin that don’t even make sense but it’s always some type of insult directed at him
when rohan first went to lyras house in miles end, he was so polite and respectful to her mother so now lyras mom thinks he’s word-by-word a “delightful, intelligent, funny, young man.”
lyras mom even crocheted him a jumper and he tries to wear it anytime he’s messing around with lyra just to remind her of the fact that her mom loves him
lyra is always trying to fight against this false propaganda
rohan had this phase where he kept adding hoo hoo to every word like “domino hoo hoo” and toodolo hoo hoo” and it was the most jarring phase of him - everyone hated it because he just randomly shouted it in people’s ear
when they aren’t fighting they are both genuinely very sweet to eachother
they have bets on the randomest things ever
so much unfinished conversations in their textsthey change topic so easily
they both have this thing against ducks (this roots from a chase they both had to endure) so will find a whole diff route to avoid them
drafts of them with random tiktok audios are piling up by the day - they can just never post them
they would go to the mall, look at the most useless thing known to man, and genuinely be like “i need that, you know”
if lyra ever offers to get rohan something, he either seizes at the chance to ask for basically the most over the top order ever or will say nothing then take most of lyras food
it reached the point where lyra had to hide her food whenever he said no or either give it to grayson for safekeeping
also both had a phase where they wouldn’t stop doing the dab every five seconds - it was their new greeting at some point
both have gotten stuck in a bin
