#BBG Week 5 Day 1. Wow, in all honesty I cannot believe I made it. And if I'm going to be honest again I'm really supposed to be on week 6. I haven't really seen much improvement other than I'm getting a little stronger. I don't feel like my stomach has gotten flatter either, but all of this is my fault. I didn't prepare like I was supposed to and I gave in to bad food a lot. I almost gave up. For a moment I let myself feel comfortable with the idea I was never going to be "fit" and have a flat stomach. Luckily I'm still on Instagram and was able to knock some sense into me. All the post just inspired me again. It reminded me that if I give up, then for sure I'll never get to my goal. I can't keep being that girl that accepts less of myself. Even if the progress is slow, I'll take it and continue to improve myself and learn. So for anyone that may be in my position, don't give up! Work hard to be that person you want to be!
